Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including consent, history, physical exam, and lab review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for adverse findings or medical questions.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage incidents and coordinate with occupational health/ER as needed.
• Serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and assist investigations.
