Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and nursing program graduate.
• Current EMT licensure (EMT-B/A/I/P) or RN/LPN; CPR and AED certifications.
• Minimum two years in clinical or hospital setting; familiarity with plasma collection.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and informed consent; manage adverse events.
• Review laboratory test results and communicate unsuitable results.
• Support donor safety, vaccination programs, and EHS guidance.
