Job summary

Qualifications

• EMT certification in one or more EMT levels (B/A/I/P).
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• State licensure requirements for nursing or EMT roles.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, informed consent, and medical history reviews.
• Monitor donor safety and manage donor adverse events per SOPs.
• Review lab test results and communicate unsuitable results to donors.
• Support vaccination programs and environmental, health, safety (EHS) guidelines.

Skills

EMT Certification (EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/ 

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + nursing program equivalent

State licensure in EMT/RN/LPN
