Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician to respond to non-emergent and emergent transport requests in a hospital setting with potential pre-hospital duties. The role includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments and BLS/EMT-B competencies in accordance with state protocols.

The base pay range is $23.25 to $31.29 per hour, with compensation influenced by experience, shift differentials, and location.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EMT-B certification and BLS certification required.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Responds promptly to non-emergent and emergency requests as directed by dispatcher.
• Completes patient care reports accurately and timely.
• Maintains vehicle readiness and safety equipment after every shift.
• Assists in the Emergency Department as needed.
• Performs pre-hospital care at EMT-B level and follows applicable protocols.
