• High School diploma or GED required.
• MA Basic EMT Certification current.

• Responds promptly to requests for non-emergent and emergency calls.
• Follows Massachusetts laws for emergency vehicle operation.
• Completes documentation and records (PCR, vehicle/equipment checklists).
• Renders EMT-B level pre-hospital care and conducts BLS assessments.
• Maintains professional interaction with patients and staff and adheres to protocols.
• EMS staff may be cross-trained to assist in the Emergency Department.
