Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician to respond to non-emergent and emergency transport requests within the hospital setting and, when required, the pre-hospital environment. The EMT-B provides basic life support, completes assessments, and ensures safe patient transport with professional communication to hospital staff.

Required are a High School diploma or GED, MA EMT-B License, and BLS certification, plus a MA driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to non-emergent and emergency requests in a timely, safe manner.
• Provides pre-hospital care at EMT-B level and completes Basic Life Support assessments.
• Maintains vehicle readiness, completes documentation and reports per policy.
• Coordinates with hospital staff and EMS providers to transfer patients to appropriate facilities.
