Qualifications

• Licensed or certified EMTs with state licensure (EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P) or RN/LPN/LVN.
• Current CPR and AED certification is required.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with donor eligibility assessments and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, informed consent, medical history, exam, and SPE review.
• Assess donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for complex issues.
• Support vaccination programs and EHS guidance for employee safety.
• Oversee incident reporting and coordination with occupational health.
