Qualifications

• EMT licensing (EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P) as applicable in state of responsibility.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience as a healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and informed consent, including AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion.
• Monitor donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Review laboratory test results and communicate unsuitable outcomes to donors.
• Assist Center Manager and Center Physician with medical guidance and safety measures.
• Support vaccination programs and environmental, health and safety (EHS) initiatives.
