REMSA Health in Reno, NV is seeking a Communications Specialist (EMT 911 Dispatcher) to answer emergency medical and fire calls, process calls, and dispatch ambulances and fire resources to scenes. You will provide callers with step-by-step instructions and maintain safety communications throughout the response.

The role requires completion of EMT training within 6 months of hire, and offers on-site academy training to develop competency.

Qualifikationen

• Must have EMT course completion or ability to complete upon hire.
• Proven ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
