Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching law enforcement, fire department, or EMS services.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
• Familiar with FCC Rules and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone and radio communications.
• Coordinate requests for EMS services as a liaison between EMS and requestors.
• Process 9-1-1 requests and provide emergency medical call screening.
