Job summary

Ambulnz by DocGo seeks a Coordinator of Training & Education to oversee EMS training across multiple New York locations on a rotating basis. You will lead the Field Training Officer program, develop curricula, and ensure documentation and CQI alignment with corporate standards.

The role requires 3+ years as Paramedic/EMT, NYS or NREMT certification, and AHA BLS. Strong communication, budgeting, and adult-learning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as licensed Paramedic/EMT or equivalent.
• Unrestricted NYS or NREMT certification; reciprocity to NY within 90 days.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Valid NYS driver's license with at least 2 years of driving
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning strategies and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Plans, delivers, and oversees EMS training across levels of care per corporate standards.
• Leads the Field Training Officer program and evaluates new providers.
• Trains on equipment such as suction devices, oxygen systems, backboards, monitors.
• Develops treatment plans and ensures proper documentation of care.
• Develops training materials and CQI indicators for program quality.
• Provides EMS shift coverage and supports operational needs as required.
