Job summary

Priority Ondemand seeks an experienced EMS Educator to design and deliver comprehensive driver and EMS training academies. You will develop curricula for EMT-Basic through Paramedic programs and oversee field and clinical precepting to ensure student readiness.

You will lead instructional design, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Clinical Training, HR, and field leadership to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT- and Paramedic-instructor certifications (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• Minimum four years of EMS training experience
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities
• Excellent administrative and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; LMS and classroom tech experience desired

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct Driver Training Academy programs.
• Develop and instruct EMT-Basic, EMT-Advanced, EMT-Paramedic, and Ventilator/Critical Care Training Academy programs.
• Schedule, monitor and ensure high-quality field precepting with ambulance crews.
• Schedule, monitor and ensure high-quality clinical site precepting with hospital staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies; maintain security of equipment and records.
• Travel to support field training and onboarding as needed.
