Ambulnz NY, LLC is seeking an experienced EMS trainer to coordinate and oversee training programs across four NY locations, including Staten Island and Long Island. The role requires paramedic/EMT licensure and instructional credentials.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years EMS experience with Paramedic/EMT license.
• Instructor certification or eligibility to obtain NY reciprocity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; budget awareness.

• Plan and oversee EMS training programs across all levels of care.
• Lead the Field Training Officer (FTO) program; evaluate and remediate trainees.
• Develop lesson plans and train personnel on equipment and procedures.
• Attend meetings and prepare reports; track certifications and CQI indicators.
