Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed Paramedic or RN.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to teach adult learners.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in ambulance patient care documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
• Experience in project management and leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NEOP and EMS Academy instruction, in-house or contracted.
• Coordinate continuing education, including CPR, ACLS, EMT refresher.
• Develop annual training plans for management, HR, customer support.
• Audit patient care reports for compliance with protocols.
• Recruit through local EMS classes, conferences, and career days.
• Maintain security and privacy of confidential information per policy.
• Attend seminars to learn new training methods and apply them to sessions.
