The role provides administrative support for the EMS Program, data collection for quality reporting, roster maintenance, course scheduling, and responsive inquiry handling.

Outreach to tribes, districts, and local governments promotes courses and strengthens regional emergency preparedness and records compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Instructor Certification and ETT Instructor Certification within one year of hire.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to foster cooperative working relationships with community partners.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in office procedures and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provides primary administrative support to the EMS Program and prioritizes work for timely completion.
• Compiles, organizes, and presents data for EMS quality reporting and maintains confidential records.
• Supports day-to-day training needs: answering phones, scheduling courses, managing rosters, responding to emails.
• Conducts outreach with tribes, school districts, city governments, and other partners to promote courses and emergency preparedness.
• Prepares reports and presentations as needed.
