Job summary

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, AK, seeks an EMS Instructor Emergency Medic to teach basic life support and first aid courses and to prepare all class paperwork. Bethel is the region's hub with the only hospital nearby.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Teaches basic life support, first aid and related emergency courses and prepares all associated paperwork and reports for classes.
• Helps fulfill the responsibilities of the Regional EMS Office.
• Promotes public awareness of injury prevention and participates in direct interventions to prevent injuries from occurring.
