• Coordinate and administer vacancies from inception to onboarding.
• Screen and schedule candidates and coordinate Assessment Centers.
• Develop recruiting and marketing materials.
• Ensure recruitment processes are legal, fair and compliant.
• Increase candidate pool diversity and engagement.
