Job summary

Hospital to Home LLC is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support hiring and onboarding for Paramedics, EMTs, EVOC drivers, and attendants for its premier medical transportation service. The role focuses on outreach, screening, scheduling, and recruitment coordination while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You will collaborate with local EMS programs, training schools, and community organizations to sustain recruiting efforts and help complete required

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen applicants via phone to assess qualifications and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Provide timely follow-up to applicants and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with local EMS programs and training schools.
• Assist with verifying certifications and licenses.
• Support onboarding activities and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS and assist reporting.
