Job summary

Hospital to Home LLC is hiring a Recruiter to support the onboarding of Paramedics, EMTs, EVOC drivers, and attendants for a premier medical transportation service. You will source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate journey.

You will work with local EMS programs and training schools, verify certifications, and assist with onboarding and ATS records, while maintaining strong communication with hiring managers to fill open positions.

Qualifications

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, career fairs, referrals.
• Initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, availability and interest.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and managers.
• Candidate experience: timely follow-ups and professional interactions.
• Build relationships with EMS programs, training schools, and community organizations.
• Collect and verify required certifications and licenses.
• Onboarding support and pre-employment steps.

Responsibilities
