Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full lifecycle recruiting in Elmhurst, IL. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain applicant contact while building candidate pools to meet open roles.

Travel up to 10% and collaboration with HR and management are required. The role offers in-office work, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

• In-office, M-F in Elmhurst; reports to the Recruiting Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, and extend offers of employment.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Post positions and source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and cold calling.
• Collaborate with HR and Management to develop recruitment strategies.
• Participate in career fairs and events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and best practices in recruitment and employment.
• Prepare information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
