• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of admin/tech experience.
• Valid driver's license at appointment and Florida license within 30 days.
• Education/experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Operate EMS System Status Management and deploy units to posting locations.
• Monitor EMS unit availability, dispatch non-emergency calls, and log data.
• Coordinate ambulance deployment and provide reports to management.
• Maintain CAD logs, monitor OOS time, and ensure compliant operations.
• Train staff and coordinate with other divisions as needed.
