Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in any subject is required.
• Active Paramedic certification by the NC Office of EMS is required.
• 10 years EMS experience with at least 4 years supervisory experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead assigned day and night EMS shifts, including scheduling, staffing, payroll, incident investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Respond to emergency calls and direct EMS crews; provide care and transport when needed.
• Direct activities of staff on shifts to ensure adequate coverage and supplies; supervise shift supervisors and coordinate with other agencies.
