Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health seeks an EMS Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Emergency Communications Center, ensuring 24/7 staffing and adherence to policies. You will monitor calls, supervise staff, and support incident response with sound judgment.

The role requires CAD experience and a background in emergency communications, with supervisory duties and strong documentation skills to maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of EMS dispatch center experience.
• Experience using a computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.
• Knowledge of dynamic system status management plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and operations of EMS dispatch personnel.
• Monitor emergency and routine calls for service and policy compliance.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing, including overtime and on-call needs.
• Ensure safety inspections are conducted and documented.
• Initiate corrective action as necessary and maintain logs and reports.
• Serve as a role model for the safety program and exercise sound judgement.
• Apply applicable laws, codes and regulations; fill in for Operations as needed.
