Job summary

AmeriPro Health LLC seeks a skilled EMSScheduler to balance staffing across shifts in a fast-paced EMS setting. You will bridge staff, Operations, and HR to optimize labor costs and ensure coverage for daily deployment needs.

Responsibilities include building schedules in Telestaff, managing real-time changes, and coordinating with Payroll on timecards in UKG. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in workforce scheduling or staffing coordination.
• Proficient knowledge of UKG WFM and Telestaff software.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with employees and leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing complex rosters and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Operations to ensure staffing levels meet daily deployment needs and service level expectations.
• Coordinate shift pickups and fill vacancies caused by call-outs or emergencies.
• Build and maintain the master schedule in Telestaff, managing real-time adjustments and shift swaps.
• Administer timekeeping in UKG, including time-off requests in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with Payroll to review and approve timecards in UKG.
• Work with HR on attendance tracking, leaves of absence and onboarding schedules.
• Monitor daily attendance records and issue disciplinary points for policy violations.
• Maintain employee credentials (licenses/certifications) within the system to ensure compliance.
