Job summary

AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking a Scheduler to optimize staffing across EMS operations. You will partner with the Director of Operations to align daily deployment with coverage, overtime, and labor costs while maintaining accurate shift data in Telestaff.

The role requires experience with UKG WFM, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail in handling complex rosters and attendance records. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in workforce scheduling or staffing coordination.
• Proficient knowledge of UKG WFM and Telestaff software.
• Strong ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and leadership.
• High attention to detail for managing complex rosters and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Director of Operations to meet daily deployment needs and report staffing shortages, overtime, labor costs, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate shift pickups and fill vacancies caused by call-outs or emergencies and implement solutions.
• Build and maintain the master schedule in Telestaff with real-time adjustments and shifts swaps.
• Administer all timekeeping and process time-off requests per policy and rules.
• Collaborate with Payroll to review timecards in UKG and ensure hours align with schedule.
• Coordinate with HR on attendance, leaves of absence, and onboarding schedules.
• Monitor attendance records and issue disciplinary points for policy violations.
• Maintain employee credentials in the system to ensure compliance.

• Build and maintain the master schedule in Telestaff, managing real-time adjustments and shift swapsmaintaining system accuracy, configuring rules, and troubleshooting software issues as they arise.
• Administer alltimekeeping functionincluding time-off requestsUKGWFMbased on strict adherence to company policy, staffing quotas, and seniority rules.
• Partner with Payroll to review and approve employee timecards in UKG ensuringhours worked align with the schedule
• Collaborate withHR on attendancetracking, leaves of absence andonboarding schedules
• Monitor daily attendance records and issue disciplinary points for policy violations
• Maintainemployee credentials (licenses/certifications) within the system to ensurecompliance

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to type; regular hearing and speaking
• Required to sit for periods at a time
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
