Job summary

AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking an experienced EMS Supervisor to oversee daily field operations in the absence of senior management. You will ensure proper equipment, coordinate with internal departments, and manage incident reporting and staffing schedules to maintain coverage and compliance.

Qualified candidates will have EMT certification (state) and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with EMS field exposure.
• EMT certification in good standing with preferred additional certs.
• Basic computer literacy including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day field operation employees in the absence of senior management.
• Ensures staff have required equipment to perform duties.
• Serves as liaison to Training, CQI, Payroll, HR, Billing, and Communications.
• Prepares incident reports including breakdowns, investigations, and shift activity.
• Maintains daily schedule and resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures adequate supplies and tracks replenishments.
• Monitors adherence to policies, procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Assists Director in evaluating performance and certs, maintains attendance.
• Oversees deployment efficiency and mass casualty coordination.
