First Due is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the EMS market. This role owns EMS product marketing end-to-end: segmentation, personas, messaging and positioning, competitive intel, field enablement, pricing, packaging, and the go-to-market strategy.

The EMS PMM will scale our EMS presence, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations and Customer Success, and become the company expert on EMS market dynamics. This is a fully remote US role.

Competenze

• 4+ years of relevant B2B enterprise or vertical SaaS experience.
• Experience entering new markets and scaling products.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
• Data-driven thinking with ROI assessment ability.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills for technology markets.

• Understand industry, competitors, market; inform roadmap and GTM in EMS.
• Collaborate with customers to define value props and product gaps.
