ESO is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead EMS and fire department product lines, guiding from 911 intake through patient care and reporting. You’ll blend technology and design, work with AI tooling to increase efficiency, and drive backlog quality across multiple teams and domains.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar backlog-ownership role across multiple teams or domains.
• Experience in product management at a fast-growing software company.
• Proficient and experienced using AI to optimize day-to-day job duties and deliver AI-first product solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting requirements, prototyping, synthesizing feedback, or generating status communications.
• Strong judgment for reviewing and correcting AI-generated content before it reaches a team or stakeholder.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fire and EMS domains you own.
• Own and maintain the product backlog for each assigned team, reflecting current business value and priorities.
• Communicate the product vision by highlighting proposed features and business value.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to determine viability and feasibility of features.
• Plan and manage releases as a collection of new features and technical improvements.
• Engage with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Executives to understand competing priorities.
