Job summary

School of EMS is seeking an Adjunct Lab Instructor to deliver high-quality live skills instruction and facilitate EMS scenario-based training during lab sessions.

You will work closely with the primary instructor and school leadership to enforce policies, assess student progress, and participate in debriefs and occasional team meetings. Experience in prehospital EMS and state-certification requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a prehospital system at instructional level.
• Must meet state requirements for the specific state, which may be more restrictive.

Responsibilities

• Provide live skills and scenario instruction during lab classes.
• Grade students on psychomotor and affective abilities according to the syllabus.
• Support mission, vision, and values of the school to outside agencies.
• Attend occasional team meetings and annual training.
• Report student progress and participate in debriefs.
