Job summary

School of EMS is seeking an Adjunct Lab Instructor to lead live lab sessions, deliver EMS skill instruction, and facilitate scenario-based learning. The role requires close collaboration with the lead instructor and Site leadership to uphold program standards and student success.

Candidates should be prepared to participate in ongoing onboarding and training, ensure policy compliance, and assess student progress through structured debriefs and grading according to the syllabus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret education-related material.
• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides live skills and scenario instruction during lab classes.
• Supports the mission, vision and values of the School of EMS to outside agencies.
• Works with the primary instructor and leadership to enforce student policies and procedures.
• Attends team meetings and annual training.
• Grants/grades students on psychomotor and affective abilities per syllabus.
• Follows the scheduled lab plan; reports on student progress and participates in debriefs.
