Job summary

School of EMS is seeking an Adjunct Lab Instructor to deliver high-quality live skills instruction and facilitate EMS scenarios during labs in Arizona. You will work closely with the primary instructor and leadership to enforce policies and guide student progress.

The role requires state-licensure, instructional experience, and strong communication, teamwork, and safety values while contributing to a professional learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state paramedic or EMT license in good standing.
• Minimum two years in a prehospital system at instructional level.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret education-related material.

Responsibilities

• Provides live skills and scenario instruction during lab classes.
• Grades students on psychomotor and affective abilities per syllabus.
• Reports on student progress and participates in debriefs.
• Follows the scheduled lab plan and attends meetings/training.
• Maintains professionalism and safety during instruction.
