Qualifications
- Engineering degree required (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in EMS/PCBA with progressive engineering leadership.
- 5+ years leading NPI and manufacturing process development.
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering and Document Control, setting priorities and resources.
- Mentor and upskill engineers to build technical depth and collaboration.
- Define SOPs and KPIs for safety, quality, yield, and throughput.
- Oversee NPI lifecycle from quoting to ramp.
- Provide escalation support for production disruptions.
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure ISO, aerospace, defense, medical regulatory alignment.
- Interface with customers and suppliers as senior technical authority.
- Direct equipment evaluation and integration for PCBA manufacturing.
- Ensure process documentation and work instructions.
