Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Operations Manager for EMS/PCBA in Seymour, CT. You will lead manufacturing and warehouse operations with a strong focus on SQDCP, lean methods, safety, and on-time delivery to customers.

You will mentor production supervisors, optimize SMT and assembly processes, partner with SCM and Quality, and drive continuous improvement with ERP/MRP and MES tools in a high-mix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing leadership within EMS/contract electronics.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001/13485 and ITAR environments.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and MES deployments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production supervisors, line leads, and floor personnel.
• Drive SQDCP metrics and schedule adherence across shifts.
• Lead daily stand-ups and gemba meetings to resolve bottlenecks.
• Champion safety, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans with Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, and Quality.
