Job summary

The Process Engineer at Zohorecruit supports design, development, and execution of manufacturing processes for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies under the Director of Engineering. You will prepare calculations, document SOPs, and contribute to NPI.

Responsibilities include real-time troubleshooting, fixture design, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain consistent production flow and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Strong mechanical foundation with automation and machine programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specs.
• IPC-A-610 solder inspection training required or ability to pass after hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes, SOPs, and work instructions for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting during manufacturing to minimize downtime.
• Analyze PCB layout data and panelization for design/process compliance.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for modifications and approvals.
• Design and/or fabricate fixtures and tooling to streamline assembly workflows.
