Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Operations Manager for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS/PCBA) in Seymour. You will direct daily plant manufacturing and warehouse operations in a high‑mix, low‑to‑medium volume environment, reporting to the VP of Operations.

You will drive SQDCP metrics, optimize SMT line utilization, and lead Lean initiatives, with a clear path toward an executive Director‑level role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in EMS/contract manufacturing.
• Experience with high‑mix, low‑to‑medium volume electronics assembly.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt strongly preferred; 5S and Kaizen shown.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing and warehouse operations to meet SQDCP targets.
• Drive schedule adherence, SMT line utilization, and changeover efficiency.
• Lead workforce development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety, quality, and on‑time delivery across shifts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and QA on NPI and process validation.
