Job summary

Stryker in Eau Claire, WI seeks an Emergency Care (Fire/EMS) Sales Representative to promote and sell our Fire EMS solutions, including defibrillators and chest compression systems. You’ll build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales or clinical experience.
• Ability to promote and sell Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors and administrators through product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure on-time, error-free shipments.
• Utilize market insights, competitive activity and regulatory shifts to position products effectively.
• Coordinate reports, budgets, and project activities as needed.
