Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance/transportation services.
• Assign and route transportation requests and communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain accuracy of paperwork and shift data entry.
• Generate reports and ensure data integrity.
• Locate incidents and determine fastest safe routes.
• Relay information from supervisors and dispatch important details.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
