Qualifications

• Twelve (12) months of experience in a role involving extensive customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months directing the work of others, coordinating multiple team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for planning, development, and monitoring of goals.
• Manage a shift and center operations; ensure timely resolution of customer questions.
• Coach and direct team to achieve operational goals and maintain standards.
• Promote a positive working environment and uphold AMR values.
• Communicate with peers and the Center Manager about issues and improvements.
