Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and record caller information into the Dispatch Software system.
• Dispatch calls to ambulances in a timely manner, for both emergency and non-emergency cases.
• Ensure shift clocks in/out correctly and verify driver reports and duties.
• Maintain equipment and key/gas cards, and ensure patient care reports are completed.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality of all protected health information.
