Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year EMS/public safety dispatcher experience.
• Strong English reading/writing skills.
• Clear radio and telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and route transportation.
• Implement EMS dispatch protocols and allocate resources.
• Maintain complete shift paperwork for accuracy.
• Perform accurate data entry and State Run Report entries.
• Generate reports and verify data accuracy.
• Assist in locating incident scenes and selecting safe routes.
