Job summary

Seals Ambulance Service Inc. in Roswell, GA is seeking a Communications Manager to lead the dispatch center and supervise daily operations.

You will coordinate with the Director of Operations to ensure efficient deployment, compliance with standards, and reporting to leadership across contracted facilities. This exempt/salaried role requires strong leadership under pressure and effective communication with teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of operational management experience is preferred.
• Must meet all dispatcher requirements and be able to function as a leader.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Willingness to perform Dispatcher, Dispatcher Call Taker, and EMT duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CAD console, phone and radio systems are ready at the start of each shift.
• Maintain security of the Dispatch Center and company property.
• Communicate and coordinate with Field Supervisors to deploy units.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy of patient information at all times.
• Record details of calls and dispatches.
• Plan, assign, direct and evaluate dispatch personnel to meet service goals.
