Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Communications Center operations and provide real-time leadership to staff.
• Monitor calls, emails, and transportation requests; ensure on-time performance and safety.
• Prepare operational reports and support decision-making for leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure policy compliance and service delivery goals.
• Develop schedules and coordinate staffing to meet call volume and unit requirements.
