Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of private EMS or public-safety dispatching experience.
• 3+ years in supervisory/management role.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate clearly by radio/telephone.
• Experience compiling operational data and producing reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Communications Center operations and provide real-time leadership.
• Monitor calls and emails and deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities, public-safety partners and coworkers.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high call volumes and emergencies.
• Allocate resources based on operational needs and approved protocols.
• Prepare daily reports on unit utilization, on-time performance, and other metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure policy compliance and service delivery goals.
