Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from the public, facility staff or public safety entities seeking emergency or non-emergency assistance.
• Determine nature, severity and location of medical emergencies and assign priority.
• Answer all lines within required time frames and respond promptly.
• Maintain and document information in CAD systems and PCRs in real time.
• Coordinate with public safety agencies, hospitals, and other entities as needed.
