Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and assess situation.
• Dispatch EMS resources including ALS, BLS, and wheelchair van resources.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers.
• Maintain real-time records and monitor GPS/CAD status.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities and responders to manage timelines.
• Ensure attendance and compliance with company policies.
