Job summary

Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Scheduling Coordinator in Malden to assist in staffing field EMTs and Paramedics. This onsite role requires coordinating shifts and maintaining schedules for 911, hospital, and event obligations.

You will work with dispatch, field teams, and HR to confirm hours, approvals, and staffing needs. Minimum 1–3 years in scheduling/dispatch preferred; MA certification standards apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• EMT or Ambulance Operations experience is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling software and time/attendance systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Verify shifts have appropriate experience and certification.
• Process shift swaps, time-off requests, and per diem staffing.
• Coordinate with dispatch and field supervisors for next shifts.
• Maintain accurate scheduling in the EMS system.
