Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and process emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Gather relevant information quickly.
• Dispatch EMS resources (ALS, BLS, Wheelchair Van).
• Provide step-by-step medical instructions.
• Maintain logs and incident records in real time.
• Monitor field personnel locations and logistics using GPS/CAD.
• Meet attendance and policy requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
