Job summary

CareFlite seeks a Communications Center Operations Manager to lead the center’s performance, safety, and staff development. You will coach supervisors, manage payroll and schedules, and drive quality assurance and regulatory compliance in a high‑stakes emergency communications environment.

Reporting to the Communications Director, you will oversee KPIs, training programs, and vendor relationships while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional customer service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass required certifications within 90 days of hire: EMD, BLS, CFC, ED-Q Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Communications Center to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.
• Supervise Communications Shift Supervisors, Online Systems Supervisors, and Administrative staff.
