• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly.
• Proficient in using computer systems and data entry for CAD and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer and dispatch emergency and routine ambulance requests.
• Coordinate resources and relay instructions to units in the field.
• Enter, update and retrieve data in CAD and related systems.
• Monitor MDT, paging, VoIP phone, and radio communications.
