Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Training, or related field OR 6 years of related experience.
• 1+ years of training experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Certification in one Epic application is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze EMR end-user learning needs and develop curriculum.
• Implement credentialed trainer program to ensure trainers have necessary system knowledge.
• Configure EMR training environment for end-user practice.
• Collaborate with analysts to incorporate latest system configurations into training materials.
• Design and execute training programs for new hires and system changes/upgrades.
